Porokeratotic Eccrine Ostial and Dermal Duct Nevus
A rare, congenital disorder of the eccrine sweat ducts that presents as grouped keratotic papules and plaques with a linear distribution and/or multiple punctate pits filled with tiny keratotic plugs resembling comedones.
