Retinoic Acid Syndrome
Definition 1
A syndrome observed in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia treated with all-trans retinoic acid. It is characterized by weight gain, dyspnea, pleural and pericardial effusions, leukocytosis, and renal failure. (NCI Thesaurus)
