rF-MUC1(DF3)/TRICOM Vaccine
A fowlpox vaccine containing the tumor-associated antigen mucin-1 (MUC1), found in pancreatic tumor cells, and a TRIad of COstimulatory Molecules (B7-1, ICAM-1 and LFA-3; TRICOM), which is designed to enhance antigen presentation and activation of immune responses critical for tumor destruction. Vaccination with this agent may elicit a host immune response against MUC1-expressing tumor cells. (NCI Thesaurus)
