Secondary Chondrosarcoma
A low grade chondrosarcoma arising from a pre-existing benign chondrogenic neoplasm. It is characterized by the presence of myxoid changes and tissue invasion. When associated with Maffucci Syndrome, there is an increase in cellularity and nuclear atypia. Clinical presentation includes sudden pain or increased swelling. (NCI Thesaurus)
