Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor of the ovary
Pronunciation
A rare type of ovarian tumor in which the tumor cells secrete a male sex hormone. This may cause virilization (the appearance of male physical characteristics in females). Also called androblastoma and arrhenoblastoma. (NCI Dictionary)
