Small Intestinal High Grade Intraepithelial Neoplasia
A precancerous neoplastic process that affects the small intestine. It is characterized by moderate or severe epithelial dysplasia and complex architectural alterations of the mucosal epithelium. There is no evidence of invasion. (NCI Thesaurus)
