Spontaneously Regressing Retinoblastoma
This term applies to a retinoblastoma which has regressed spontaneously. Histologic examination of the tumor reveals benign-appearing tumor cells, with no evidence of nuclear atypia, pleomorphism, or rosettes formation. There is a well-vascularized stroma which contains calcifications. (NCI Thesaurus)
