    ST-HD-86 Regimen

    A treatment comprised of three different combination chemotherapy regimens, given in combination with radiation therapy for progressive and relapsed, childhood Hodgkin's lymphoma. The three regimens in this treatment plan include: ifosfamide, etoposide and prednisone (IEP), alternating with doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine and dacarbazine (ABVD) and cyclophosphamide, vincristine, procarbazine and prednisone (COPP); the combination of lomustine, etoposide and prednisone (CEP) is used in lieu of COPP for those patients who had been treated previously with this regimen.
