    Cancer has spread from the bladder to the layer of fat surrounding it and may have spread to the reproductive organs (prostate, seminal vesicles, uterus, or vagina). (NCI Dictionary)

    Stage III includes: (T3a, N0, M0); (T3b, N0, M0); (T4a, N0, M0). T3a: Tumor microscopically invades perivesical tissue. T3b: Tumor macroscopically invades perivesical tissue (extravesical mass).
