    Staining for Viral Inclusions

    A staining procedure to detect viral inclusion bodies, which are virus particles inside host cells. Orcein stains are used to detect the inclusion bodies, giving a "ground glass" appearance, and are visible with light microscopy. (NCI Thesaurus)
