Stiff Person Syndrome
A rare neurologic disorder characterized by muscle rigidity. It usually affects the axial muscles and eventually extends to the proximal limb muscles. It is associated with muscle spasms which may lead to muscle damage and fractures. (NCI Thesaurus)
