Thymic Carcinoid Tumor
A primary thymic neuroendocrine tumor, often associated with Cushing syndrome. Two morphologic subtypes are recognized: typical and atypical carcinoid tumors. Atypical carcinoid tumors have a more aggressive clinical course. (NCI Thesaurus)
