Tinzaparin
Pronunciation
A drug that is used with another drug, warfarin, to treat blood clots that form deep in the veins and to prevent new blood clots from forming. It is a type of anticoagulant. Also called Innohep and tinzaparin sodium. (NCI Dictionary)
