Tolmetin
A synthetic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent with pyrrole structure, analgesic and antipyretic Tolmetin has a mode of action similar to indomethacin, but is less potent. Used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, it inhibits prostaglandin synthase and decreases production of inflammatory prostaglandin E. (NCI Thesaurus)
