Tomopenem
A 1-beta-methylcarbapenem antibiotic with broad-spectrum activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Tomopenem has a longer half-life than imipenem-cilastatin or meropenem and shows activity against methicillin-resistant S. aureus. (NCI Thesaurus)
