    Tridolgosir Hydrochloride

    An orally-active synthetic hydrochloride salt form of swainsonine, an inhibitor of Golgi alpha-mannosidase II. Tridolgosir inhibits formation of carbohydrate structures affecting cell-cell adhesion, resulting in decreases in tumor growth or metastasis. This agent also stimulates the immune system.
