TSSC4 Protein
Encoded by human TSSC4 Gene, the 329-amino acid 34 kD TSSC4 Protein shows no close similarity to previously reported proteins and is expressed in fetal brain, lung, liver, and kidney. Alterations in TSSC4 may be associated with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, as well as lung, ovarian, and breast cancer.
