    Turmeric Golden Milk

    Ingredients

    • Turmeric Roasted Vegetables1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
    • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

    Instructions

    • Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.

    • Add turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger powder to the milk, stirring well.

    • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.

    • Remove from heat and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

    • Pour into a mug and enjoy this soothing and nourishing beverage.
