    Variegate Porphyria

    An autosomal dominant disorder of porphyria-heme metabolism. It is manifested with acute attacks including abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, seizures, anxiety, and confusion. Patients may experience skin sensitivity to sunlight. (NCI Thesaurus)
