    Ventricular Flutter

    Definition 1

A disorder characterized by an electrocardiographic finding of a high ventricular rate (180 to 250 beats per minute) with a regular rhythm and large oscillating sine wave-like complexes occurring as a result of QRS complexes and T waves being merged. The P wave is not visible. (NCI Thesaurus)

    Definition 2

A ventricular tachyarrhythmia characterized electrocardiographically by smooth undulating waves with QRS complexes merged with T waves, a rate of approximately 250 per minute. (Food and Drug Administration)
