XAGE2 wt Allele
Human XAGE2 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of Xp11.22 and is approximately 7 kb in length. This allele, which encodes G antigen family D member 3 protein, may be involved in the modulation of testicular functions. The gene is expressed aberrantly in Ewing's sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, a breast cancer and a germ cell tumor. (NCI Thesaurus)
