Y 90 Anti-CEA Monoclonal Antibody
A radioimmunoconjugate of monoclonal antibody against human carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), labeled with yttrium 90 (Y-90). CEA is over-expressed in many tumor cell types. Using anti-CEA monoclonal antibody to deliver beta emitting nuclide Y-90 to CEA-positive cells results in tissue specific cytotoxicity. (NCI Thesaurus)
