    Y 90 Monoclonal Antibody Lym-1

A radioimmunoconjugate of a murine monoclonal antibody, MoAb Lym-1, labeled with yttrium 90 (Y-90). MoAb Lym-1 recognizes an epitope of the histocompatibility antigen HLA-DR, which is over-expressed on most B-cell lymphomas. Y-90 MoAb Lym-1 delivers Y-90 radionuclide directly to tumor cells that express HLA-DR antigen, thereby this agent may be used in radioimmunotherapy of cancers. (NCI Thesaurus)
