    ZAP70 wt Allele

    Human ZAP70 wild-type allele is located within 2q12 and is approximately 26 kb in length. This allele, which encodes ZAP70 protein, plays a role in the mediation of signal transduction involving cellular effectors in lymphocyte activation.
