ZMYM2/FGFR1 Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(8;13)(p11;q12) which fuses exon 17 of the ZMYM2 gene to exon 9 of the FGFR1 gene. This rearrangement is associated with 8p11 myeloproliferative syndrome. (NCI Thesaurus)
