The Interior and What’s Suffering in the Three Times
“चक्खु, भिक्खवे, दुक्खं अतीतं अनागतं पच्चुप्पन्नं। यं दुक्खं, तदनत्ता। यदनत्ता, तं ‘नेतं मम, नेसोहमस्मि, न मेसो अत्ताऽति एवमेतं यथाभूतं सम्मप्पञ्ञाय दट्ठब्बं …पे… जिव्हा दुक्खा …पे… मनो दुक्खो अतीतो अनागतो पच्चुप्पन्नो। यं दुक्खं, तदनत्ता। यदनत्ता, तं ‘नेतं मम, नेसोहमस्मि, न मेसो अत्ताऽति एवमेतं यथाभूतं सम्मप्पञ्ञाय दट्ठब्बं।
“Cakkhu, bhikkhave, dukkhaṁ atītaṁ anāgataṁ paccuppannaṁ. Yaṁ dukkhaṁ, tadanattā. Yadanattā, taṁ ‘netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhūtaṁ sammappaññāya daṭṭhabbaṁ …pe… jivhā dukkhā …pe… mano dukkho atīto anāgato paccuppanno. Yaṁ dukkhaṁ, tadanattā. Yadanattā, taṁ ‘netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhūtaṁ sammappaññāya daṭṭhabbaṁ.
“Bhikkhus, in the past … future … present the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are suffering. What’s suffering is not-self …”
एवं पस्सं …पे… नापरं इत्थत्तायाति पजानाती”ति।
Evaṁ passaṁ …pe… nāparaṁ itthattāyāti pajānātī”ti.
