Hatthārohasutta
An Elephant Warrior
अथ खो हत्थारोहो गामणि येन भगवा तेनुपसङ्कमि; उपसङ्कमित्वा …पे… अज्जतग्गे पाणुपेतं सरणं गतन्ति।
Atha kho hatthāroho gāmaṇi yena bhagavā tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā …pe… ajjatagge pāṇupetaṁ saraṇaṁ gatanti.
Then an elephant warrior chief went up to the Buddha … “From this day forth, may the Buddha remember me as a lay follower who has gone for refuge for life.”
