    “‘इदं दुक्खं अरियसच्चन्ऽति, भिक्खवे, मया पञ्ञत्तं। तत्थ अपरिमाणा वण्णा अपरिमाणा ब्यञ्जना अपरिमाणा सङ्कासना: ‘इतिपिदं दुक्खं अरियसच्चन्ऽति; इदं दुक्खसमुदयं …पे… इदं दुक्खनिरोधं …पे… ‘इदं दुक्खनिरोधगामिनी पटिपदा अरियसच्चन्ऽति, भिक्खवे, मया पञ्ञत्तं। तत्थ अपरिमाणा वण्णा अपरिमाणा ब्यञ्जना अपरिमाणा सङ्कासना: ‘इतिपिदं दुक्खनिरोधगामिनी पटिपदा अरियसच्चन्ऽति।

    “‘Idaṁ dukkhaṁ ariyasaccan’ti, bhikkhave, mayā paññattaṁ. Tattha aparimāṇā vaṇṇā aparimāṇā byañjanā aparimāṇā saṅkāsanā: ‘itipidaṁ dukkhaṁ ariyasaccan’ti; idaṁ dukkhasamudayaṁ …pe… idaṁ dukkhanirodhaṁ …pe… ‘idaṁ dukkhanirodhagāminī paṭipadā ariyasaccan’ti, bhikkhave, mayā paññattaṁ. Tattha aparimāṇā vaṇṇā aparimāṇā byañjanā aparimāṇā saṅkāsanā: ‘itipidaṁ dukkhanirodhagāminī paṭipadā ariyasaccan’ti.

    “Bhikkhus, I’ve declared: ‘This is the noble truth of suffering.’ And there are limitless explanations, phrases, and expressions about that: ‘This is another way of saying that this is the noble truth of suffering.’ I’ve declared: ‘This is the noble truth of the origin of suffering.’ … I’ve declared: ‘This is the noble truth of the cessation of suffering.’ … I’ve declared: ‘This is the noble truth of the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering.’ And there are limitless explanations, phrases, and expressions about that: ‘This is another way of saying that this is the noble truth of the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering.’

    तस्मातिह, भिक्खवे, ‘इदं दुक्खन्ऽति योगो करणीयो …पे… ‘अयं दुक्खनिरोधगामिनी पटिपदाऽति योगो करणीयो”ति।

    Tasmātiha, bhikkhave, ‘idaṁ dukkhan’ti yogo karaṇīyo …pe… ‘ayaṁ dukkhanirodhagāminī paṭipadā’ti yogo karaṇīyo”ti.

    That’s why you should practice meditation …”
