Biapenem
A 1-beta-methylcarbapenem antibiotic with a wide range of antibacterial activity. Biapenem has similar antibacterial activity to that of imipenem, but is more stable against human renal dehydropeptidase-I and with less neurotoxicity. (NCI Thesaurus)
