Chordoid Glioma of the Third Ventricle
A rare, slow growing glial tumor located in the third ventricle of adults. It is characterized histologically by clusters and cords of epithelioid, GFAP expressing tumor cells within a stroma with varying amounts of mucin, which typically contains a lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
