Chronic Lymphoproliferative Disorder of NK-Cells

An Epstein-Barr negative disorder with a nonprogressive clinical course affecting predominantly adults and characterised by the proliferation of large granular lymphocytes with natural killer cell immunophenotype. The T-cell receptor genes are not rearranged and it is not clear whether this disorder is reactive or neoplastic. (NCI Thesaurus)
