Cinnamon Oil
The oils extracted from the leaves or bark of Cinnamomum verum. Cinnamon bark oil is used as a flavoring, in parfumary, and in medicinal preparations. Cinnamon leaf oil has similar uses but is often used for its industrial applications. (NCI Thesaurus)
