Lutetium Lu 177 Monoclonal Antibody CC49
A radioimmunoconjugate of the humanized monoclonal antibody (MoAb) CC49 labeled with lutetium 131 (Lu-177). MoAb CC49 binds to the pancarcinoma tumor-associated glycoprotein (TAG)-72 with high affinity. Lu-177 MoAb CC49 delivers gamma radiation emitting Lu-177 nuclide directly to tumor cells that express TAG-72, and so may be used in radioimmunotherapeutic treatment of cancers. (NCI Thesaurus)
