Microsatellite Mutator Phenotype
A genetic marker phenotype found in some cancers, this condition is marked by the presence of hundreds to thousands of mutations in microsatellite regions of chromosomes. These mutations are associated with decreased fidelity of DNA replication. (NCI Thesaurus)
