Myeloma Ig Id-KLH Conjugate Vaccine
A vaccine consisting of myeloma-specific immunoglobulin conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH), an immune stimulant, with potential antineoplastic activity. Vaccination with myeloma Ig Id-KLH conjugate vaccine may stimulate the host immune system to mount a cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response against myeloma cells, resulting in decreased tumor growth.
