MYO18A/PDGFRB Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(5;17)(q33-34;q11.2) which fuses exon 40 of the MYO18A gene to exon 10 of the PDGFRB gene. This rearrangement is associated with eosinophilia associated with atypical myeloproliferative neoplasm. (NCI Thesaurus)
