Peroxisomal Disorder
A group of congenital disorders of lipid metabolism, caused by loss of the normal peroxisomes. Signs and symptoms include developmental delays, mental retardation, facial abnormalities, hepatomegaly, and hypotonia. (NCI Thesaurus)
