Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia
Definition 1
A genetic syndrome caused by mutations in the GNAS1 gene. It is characterized by deformities and fractures of the bones, endocrine abnormalities including early puberty, and skin hyperpigmentation. (NCI Thesaurus)
