Portal Triad
An anatomical unit of hepatic tissue, composed of an interlobular vein of liver, an interlobular artery of liver and an interlobular bile duct. The triads are embedded in the interlobular connective tissue and travel together throughout the liver parenchyma. (NCI Thesaurus)
