RUNX1/YTHDF2 Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(1;21)(p35-36.1;q22) which fuses exon 5 of the RUNX1 gene to exon 6 of the YTHDF2 gene. This rearrangement is associated with one case of acute myeloid leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
