STAT5B/RARA Fusion Protein
A fusion protein encoded by the STAT5B/RARA fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal coiled-coil, DNA binding, SH3 and SH2 domains of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 5B protein fused to the C-terminal transactivation, DNA binding, dimerization and ligand binding domains of the retinoic acid receptor alpha protein.
